If you want to celebrate Chanuka in a truly Canadian way this evening and you just happen to be in Vancouver, well we have something fun for you!  Vancouver Downtown Jewish Community (VDJC) and Chabad of Downtown have hoisted a one-0f-a-kind, metre-high Ice Hockey Menorah in the city, with lit-up branches shaped like hockey sticks.  VDJC and Chabad are hosting a party tonight at the West End Hockey Ice Rink (1750 Haro) from 6-7:30 pm, where you can feast on some tasty Chanuka treats, take a skate on the ice, and have a nice evening out with the family.  Happy Chanuka!
