Israeli artists are finding a friendly forum half-way around the world from the Holy land to showcase their talents.

That forum is the gorgeous Julie M. Gallery for Contemporary Artists, located in Toronto’s trendy and historic Distillery District.

After nearly 25 years in Tel Aviv, the gallery opened a second location in Toronto earlier this year to provide broader, international exposure for Israeli visual artists.

The gallery is currently featuring works by Eran Shakine, an experienced artist who has exhibited in Germany, the United States, France, Britain and Israel.

The Shakine exhibit runs from October 29 to December 6 at 15 Mill Street, Building 37, Suite 103.
